The attached spreadsheet doesn’t seem correct, but this item is on course hero, so I am assuming it is. Can you explain why the WIP is multiplied by the flow time in columns E,F, G, etc, but not for columns B and C? I don’t understand how the total times were found here. The question is, “How many minutes, on average, does it take for a first-edition (FE) patron to get the requested book?” Given the information shown on the spreadsheet.
