Organizational structure defines the formal arrangement between individuals and groups within organizations.  Hierarchy of authority, span of control, division of labor, and decentralization are a few concepts used to explain the dimensions of an organization.  Choose a modern company currently in existence and use these four concepts to describe its formal structure.
